Campaigns can be broken down into structured stages with specific financial milestones. Its core highlight is the Transparency Feed, where administrators upload itemized proof-of-expense records, including purchase receipts and activity photos, for every completed phase.

To maintain donor engagement and trust, the application features publishing tools for progress articles, documentation galleries, and moderated public comment sections. Behind the scenes, a role-based administration dashboard equips team members with real-time analytics, automated audit trails, and one-click financial report exports in PDF and Excel formats for internal audits and public reporting.
